Every single order is processed and verified as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail updating you of your order status within 24 business hours of placing your order.

Domestic (within the 50 United States) 2-Day FedEx Priority shipping is free on all orders.

Overnight and rush requests will still be subjected to the same verification process, but we will do our best to expedite these orders. You will have an option for a $40.00 flat rate Overnight FedEx delivery method! This does not necessarily mean you will receive your merchandise the very next day after placing an order. Your order will still have to be verified and processed, but we will expedite this process. We expect that if you have any special requests or emergencies – that you PLEASE CONTACT US!

We accept APO, FPO (Armed Forces) addresses abroad and we will make the proper accommodations to ensure that packages are delivered to those locations.

International Shipping: We ship world-wide with FedEx International Priority. We charge a flat fee of $70.00 on all international shipments. We can try our best to expedite packages internationally – Please contact us for any special request and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Return Policies and Procedures

14-Day Return Policy for on-line purchases from this Site

We hope you are delighted with your Johnny’s Diamonds merchandise. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise without custom engraving, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery. 

Returns to Sales Support of on-line purchases from this Site

On-line purchases returned to Sales Support in our corporate office in New York will be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. Returns must be shipped for processing to:

Our Return Procedure for on-line purchases from this Site

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Johnny’s Diamonds  for a refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Our terms are very simple – each item totaling under $1,000.00 will be subjected to a 5% handling fee and every item totaling over $1,000.00 will be subjected to a 3% handling fee.

This means that if an item costs $1,500.00. All you have to do is send the item back and within 1-3 business days expect a refund of $1,500 – (3%) = $1,455. Many people in the industry are still charging anywhere from 10% - 20% for returning an item! We like to make the process straightforward!

Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department.

Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Johnny’s Diamonds), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Engraved merchandise may not be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization Form or merchandise that is improperly packaged will not be accepted for return. 

How to Prepare a Return for on-line purchases from this Site

Your Return Authorization Form

Please call 646-795-2079  to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and to see if the merchandise is acceptable for return in accordance with this policy.

Package Your Return for on-line purchases from this Site

The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition with the Return Authorization Form, copies of any email instructions received from Sales Support, appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. 

Shipping Your Package for on-line purchases from this Site

We recommend shipping merchandise for return via Federal Express for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. 

It is crucial that you follow these instructions exactly as they are stated. Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned steps will prevent us from properly processing your return. While we have one of the most comfortable and flexible return policies of any online jewelry store, we do ask that clients abide by policy to maintain a speedy return process.
